• Shell scheme booth – Standard booth package offers by the organizer that consists of Octornum System wall partition, basic furniture and lighting fixture. (attach sample picture) Exhibitors can fully utilize the package provided, as well as enhance the booth by getting an upgrade booth design or a complete tailor-made booth design. 
  
  
• Raw space booth – Also known as Space Only booth. It is equivalent to buying a land and build your own bungalow. You get a empty booth space from the organizer, and you are expected to build a fully custom-made booth according to your need and requirement.

We will then email you a copy of the booth design requirement questionnaire. Fill-up the questionnaire and email it back to us. We will then propose creative concept and booth design according to the requirements.

• We normally require a minimum of 4-6 working days for a concept and design development. Time frame varies base on the complexity of the requirements. Our event team will advise accordingly after reviewing your requirements.

• Our standard payment term is 70% advance payment upon confirmation of contract, 30% balance payment upon completion of project on event day.
